Service Resumption and Safety
Our service will temporarily pause when the Hong Kong Observatory issues a T8 signal or higher, as road safety becomes a major concern. However, we resume operations the moment the signal is lowered to T3, and it is safe to do so. Our experienced drivers are skilled at navigating post-storm conditions, and our WhatsApp channel will be available to provide assistance and ensure a safe transit to your flight.
Our Refund Guarantee
We understand that extreme weather can lead to flight cancellations. Our system constantly monitors official announcements from HKIA.
- If your flight is officially cancelled by the airline due to weather, we will automatically process a full refund of your booking. You don't need to do a thing.
- As per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, if you need to make changes for any other reason, you can do so free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup.
